Golay and jimmy cooper, with contributions from the former, as well as (in order of appearance) Matthew Kinlin, Kerry Stavely, Nate Lippens, and Dylan Angell. Originally issued in a limited first run of 66 hand-numbered copies, half of which are available for online sale; please note that this run came out with a higher number of deformities than usual. Now reprints.
